I first met Sal when I happened by his place of business back in 2002. I had just been given an untrained and disobedient 4.5 month old German Shepherd pup from a friend who was unable to keep it due to his already having 2 dogs. He had received it from a person who was unable to care for the pup or devote the time and effort to train him. I had never had a GSD before and I needed someone who had the expertise in obedience training and knowledge of the GSD breed. After sitting down with Sal and listening to what he offered in his classes, I was confident that it would be a great learning experience for me and my wife. We signed up for the Advanced Obedience course and 12 weeks later, we had a dog that was under control and has turned out to be a wonderful family pet. Sal's professionalism and expertise in obedience training was well above and beyond my expectations.

Sal had told us as he does with his other clients to stop up any time to visit. I took him up on that and eventually got started in doing decoy work for him. Being that I was in Law Enforcement, I had an interest in Police K9 work and wanted to learn more about what it takes to train a Police K9 for service. Sal was more than happy to teach me and the knowledge I gained from him over the past couple of years is something you really can't put a price on.
