Dear Sal: I came for training and learned so much more. As a lady approaching 70 years with a German Shepherd Dog who had lots of problems I sought a special trainer. I spoke to many people and asked about who was the best - Sal Piazza.

You and your assistant, Maria, helped me every step of the way and gave me and Mac Arthur the best training and assistance that I could have hoped for anywhere. As with children repetition, consistancy and positive reinforcement are a trainers watch words. Mac Arthur had decided to be the "Leader of the Pack". You taught me the dicipline to train him to be the good companion dog that I wanted. One on one is the way to go.

Why did I call you the "Dog Whisperer"? You taught all of us how dogs think and we can't believe that they are our children. Dogs have their own unique pack system. I had to learn to be the "Leader of my Pack". Mac Arthur now understands who is the boss. I also understand that the reinforcement and continued practice will give Mac Arthur and I a life long Happy relationship. Many, many thanks!!!!!!
